We developed tailored one-day intensive workshops for all staff.
Through easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions, we guided staff on developing an audience, key messages, creating content, posting schedules, metrics and crisis communication strategies.
We took staff through practical examples to develop their own social media strategies quickly and effectively.
Through coaching techniques, we helped build confident and prepared staff to embrace social media and leverage it as a professional networking tool.
