A pre-training consultation will be arranged to better understand your requirements and deliver a training package to suit your needs. Our Copilot training will be tailored to your strategic objectives and usage requirements. - AI today & what it means for you – Why AI matters in everyday work, and how to use it safely and securely.
- Getting started with Copilot – what Copilot is, where to access it, and what to expect.
- Copilot in action – everyday scenarios such as asking questions, summarising content, writing support, drafting emails, and help with presentations and data. Includes prompting basics.
- Live task completion – trainer led examples with opportunities for staff to practice, experiment, and receive feedback through discussion.
- AI roadmap – guidance on what your next year looks like and how to continue learning and implementing AI.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Designed for either small groups or large presentations, our Copilot training is focused on maximising your use of the free version. The training modules will cover both the basics of AI and Copilot.
Our goal is to ensure you leave with the knowledge to begin your AI journey and are ready to benefit from the expanse of free AI tools, such as Copilot, that are out there today.

Notes:
We request participants bring laptops and examples of daily tasks they are working with to their training session.
Our expert team is also experienced in delivering highly engaging and effective online sessions, leveraging both technology and best practice learning methods. If necessary. we can complement in-person training with virtual attendees/sessions.
Duration: Can be tailored to a full-day or half-day sessions.
Location: The RD Office Canberra, OR we come to you (Australia wide) OR we deliver the training virtually.

Attendees: Our training can cater for groups from 4–30 people and can be negotiated based on requirements, duration and location.
