Revitalising a Defence Sharepoint intranet site to streamline content and improve accessibility
We redesigned our client’s intranet site, consolidating content and removing over 150 obsolete pages. Having clear and easily accessible information for staff helps improve information flow and internal communication.

To understanded the key pain points and blockers to accessing information on the intranet site, we conducted an audit with various stakeholders and analysed results.
The audit informed the design of a structure for the branch’s intranet that considered the site architecture and would enhance accessibility to the workforce.
We removed over 150 obsolete pages and consolidated content to ensure clear, cohesive information could be easily found and understood.
To ensure longer-term content management of the intranet site, we delivered training to key members on updating and publishing, to keep content fresh and relevant.
