Working closely with our client, we developed the framework to help the new department quickly establish effective and coherent communications, branding, and messaging.

Stakeholder analysis

To ensure alignment and collaboration with our client goals and aspirations, our team worked onsite, embedded and integrated within the new department.
To identify and prioritise the biggest communication challenges and opportunities we interviewed 20 key stakeholders and analysed the learnings.
Working closely with the client team, we developed key strategies and recommendations to build visual identity and cohesive communications to be rolled out over 12 months.
All recommendations were endorsed and enabled the department to consolidate their brand identity through more effective communication, stronger brand awareness, and aligned key messaging.
