- The prompting mindset – Shift your thinking from using AI as a search engine to collaborating with it as an extra member of your team.
- Advanced prompting techniques – Use the model itself as your prompting coach, break complex tasks into sequenced steps so AI becomes a genuine workflow partner, and have it self-evaluate and iterate before it responds so you’re only getting the best responses.
- Custom prompt library – Leave the session with your very own custom prompt library designed to support your requirements.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We like to meet with you before the training session to understand your workforce requirements and tailor the session to suit. From there, we keep things hands-on and practical. Sessions move between concepts and live demonstration, with time built in for participants to work on their own real-world tasks. You’ll leave with the confidence and frameworks you can apply immediately.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone using or planning to use AI tools at work, including:
- Teams who use AI day-to-day but aren’t getting consistent or useful results.

Notes:
We request participants bring laptops and examples of daily tasks they are working with to their training session.

Duration: Can be tailored to a full-day or half-day sessions.
Location: The RD Office Canberra, OR we come to you (Australia wide) OR we deliver the training virtually.

Attendees: Our training can cater for groups from 4–30 people and can be negotiated based on requirements, duration and location.
